Will Armitage Racing is proud to announce a primary partnership for their 2022 race season with XKGlow Lighting.
“The opportunity to partner with such a large company at my age and this early in my career is a huge milestone for me.” Driver Will Armitage said. “The chance that XKGlow is taking with me makes me proud of our small team and what we’re becoming, and I’m ready to prove that we’re ready to compete at the highest level this season!”
XKGlow Lighting is a Springfield, IL based Automotive Lighting company, which has been providing customers with unique, colorful and top of the line lights for their cars, trucks, motorcycles and utility vehicles since 2009.
“A few months back Will approached us with a proposal to support his race efforts in 2022.” Dan Julian from XKGlow said. “I have some friends in the racing community, so I reached out to them for feedback. All those I spoke with had great things to say about Will and his on track ability. Although, more importantly were the positive things I heard about his character and the kind of person he is. Over the years, we’ve been presented with a lot of opportunities to support local and professional racers. This is the first time we felt the opportunity matched our expectations. We are excited to watch Will grow as a racer and person.”

Will Armitage Racing looks to the Shamrock Classic as their next event in 2022. This will be Will’s debut with the USAC NOS Energy Drink National Midget Series, driving for car owner Bill Ecker and chasing the $10,000 top prize on Saturday night at the tight and narrow bullring.
The 6th Running of the Shamrock Classic will take place at the Southern Illinois Center in Du Quoin, Illinois on March 11th and 12th. Tickets are available on the USAC website, and the event will be broadcast LIVE on FloRacing.
