With Bailey Goldesberry temporarily out of the Lonewolf Petroleum #4 Sprint Car due to work obligations, 2020 MOWA Champion Korey Weyant has been tapped as a fill in.
Weyant has had a very successful career up to this point, winning in everything from a USAC Speed2 Midget, to being crowned the 2017 POWRi WAR Sprint Car Champion, and most recently becoming the 2020 Midwest Open Wheel Association Champion.
Korey recently stepped in to fill the #4 seat at Jacksonville Speedway earlier this season with MOWA. Starting 20th, the Springfield, IL native wheeled the Lonewolf Petroleum/Rock Solid Lawn Care machine to an 11th place finish on an extremely tricky surface.
The Goldesberry #4 will hit the track this Saturday at Spoon River Speedway in Canton, IL with the MOWA 410 Series. Follow along with the night’s action at Box3 Racing on Twitter, @box3_racing.
Goldesberry Racing would like to thank all their partners for supporting them in their 2021 season!
